This is just, horrifyingly bad. I knew some of this before, but the scale of these programs is WAY to large and its affecting the infrastructure of the entire Internet itself. Tools like these are incredibly dangerous to play with, and infecting millions of computers with these things, corrupts the safety and security of EVERYONE on the internet. This? This is highly illegal, if I was doing these things I would be in jail right now. The NSA overstepped their bounds with this program, and honestly, need to be shut down and leadership needs to be held accountable for their actions, via jail time.

Perhaps the NSA were the ones whom invented the conficker virus. What if this mentality was the root cause of all Virus/Malware software and utilities? I do not doubt it one bit. You always hear about hackers, crackers, and reverse social engineers getting blamed, banned, and even prosecuted for their actions, yet I garuntee that the NSA, CIA, FBI etc etc hire these groups to write the code to get into individual PC's to use it against us, and or protect against their data breaches to make them more powerful. I hope they fall to their knees, and eventually see, that they aren't at the top, they never will be. We are 1. We are a community, and we shall prevail!

Anyone remember Operation Ghost Click? The FBI probably already infected us...lol! They insisted that people needed to go run a program to "fix" it.

Totally agree Mofu, only by looking out for each other and pushes the limits of the current technologies at our disposal can we fight back against intrusions of our privacy like the ones the NSA has been producing as of late. What they did, if done by any other group, would be considered highly illegal, there would be federal indictments, convictions, raids, investigations. Instead, we get doubletalk, support from the government, and convoluted reasons for why its "constitutional". It's a pretty simple thing, do you have a warrant? No? Then F off. There shouldn't be a blanket "we can collect everything all the time, as long as we aren't searching it its not "illegal search and seizure". Bull. You are collecting this information, hence "seizing it" and holding onto it until you can justify a search of that information, its these types of things that ruin peoples trust in not only the internet, but the United States as a whole.
