Tor Project being Sued for Enabling a Revenge Porn Site

It will probably be thrown out of court, but it's still interesting to see that someone would try to go after the Tor Project for creating software that enabling someone else to commit a crime. It's like trying to go after my mom because I committed a crime and they can't find me, so they figure since she made me, they might as well punish her for my crimes.

Interesting analogy. Clearly their decision about this case could set a dangerous precedence. If they determine that the technology was designed to enable criminals to commit crimes, then should we sue the companies that design networking equipment because they enable people to connect to the Internet (where they conduct these crimes)?
