I guess I don't know what they mean by tipping point...
Are they saying that the tipping point of there being more mobile platforms than stationary desktop OS installs?
Are they referring to the tipping point of business needed to focus more on technology jobs than manufacturing jobs?
Are they talking about the tipping point of service providers forcing users to use app based (mobile) interaction with services than web-based?
