I've used AirWatch and feel this was a good choice. AirWatch seems to be getting so large that they are getting more difficult to manage. With VMware purchasing them, VMware will likely turn their product into decentralized Virtual Appliances that update through VMware Update Manager.

Next, I would love if VMware would work with Apple to enforce installations of iTunes based Apps using a corporate Apple ID thereby removing the human element of installing AirWatch Apps (Requires that the user have an AppleID and know the password).
